Brief

This lovely 2 storey family in the Hills District of Sydney simply needed a new lease on life. Built by the owners who’d moved back to Sydney, they felt it was dated and in need of a new injection of life.

This extensive renovation consisted of re-doing 3 bathrooms, a laundry, extending and re-doing the kitchen (as well as an addition of a butlers pantry), complete new flooring, squarsets, lighting, joinery, recessed ceilings, painting… the works! The result, a very fresh, vibrant and inviting home with a definite wow factor!

There’s more than enough room for visiting family to enjoy one of the multiple sitting areas, as well as very successfully entertain outside with the addition of bifold windows in the kitchen to create an indoor/outdoor atmosphere that connects guests, whether they be inside or out.
